Refund policy

At Bravura Putters, each putter is produced in extremely limited quantities and finished with meticulous care. Because of the nature of these limited releases, we ask that customers review the following policy before completing a purchase.

Foundation Series Purchases

All Foundation Series putters are part of a strictly limited production run. Once an order is placed, it reserves a specific serialized unit from the release.

For this reason, all Foundation Series sales are considered final.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, Bravura will determine whether a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate.

Shipping Damage

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package before opening it and notify us immediately. This helps us resolve the issue with the shipping carrier as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of each release and serialized production, exchanges are not available.
